Christian Giardini CFP®, RICP®, ChFC®, WMCP®
Wealth Management Advisor
Christian Giardini is a Wealth Management Advisor who has more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Christian specializes in financial planning, retirement income planning, investment management, business planning, income protection, education funding strategies, and protecting your family and legacy.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) professional, he helps analyze every aspect of his clients’ financial lives. This includes assets, liabilities and cash flow, current insurance coverages, and investment and tax strategies. With a precise understanding of your current financial situation, Christian then executes comprehensive plans designed to help his clients achieve well-defined objectives. He also monitors progress toward reaching financial goals and assists clients in making the necessary adjustments to their plans as life events and estate/tax laws change.
To meet the rigorous pre- and post-certification requirements to attain the CFP® designation, Christian had to complete approved educational programs, pass exacting exams, and meet stringent experience requirements. He holds SIE, Series 66, 63, 26, 10, 9, 7 and 6 securities licenses and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Ohio University.
Christian has received numerous company awards, including Internship Top 10, Pacesetter First 40, Mike Gish Top 10, #1 College Unit Director, Million Dollar Round Table Qualifying Life Member, Lives Top 100, Financial Security Top 100, Annuity Top 10, 3-Star Path Finder and Lives Leader Summit and Forum qualifier.
Christian and his wife, Mariam, love spending quality time with their beautiful children, Mariana, Netalina, Enzio, and Micah. With the oldest now in college and the youngest in preschool, the home life can be very dynamic at times! They also have two dogs, Luke and Mala, that they share their home with. The Giardini family is committed to service at their church and in their community, putting a high priority on their faith and making a difference wherever and whenever they can. Dane M. Zavodny CLTC®, RICP®
Wealth Management Advisor
Dane joined the Northwestern Mutual in 2010. He works with motivated professionals, families, and business owners to identify their definitions of financial security and help them enjoy the benefits of their hard work. Through comprehensive fact finding and visioning, he creates a customized action plan for his clients’ specific goals and objectives, and he focuses on solutions that can make those financial goals a reality.
Dane wears multiple hats within the firm as co-founder of CapWell Financial Advisors. In addition to working with clients, he is actively involved in ensemble growth initiatives and the training and development of new advisors. He was previously a College Unit Director and Field Director within the downtown Cleveland Northwestern Mutual office. Close to home, he was recognized as the New Representative of the Year for Northwestern Mutual Northern Ohio and was featured by Cleveland Magazine in its "Faces of Cleveland" issue. At a national level, he has received the Life Impact Award and been recognized as a 2-Star Pathfinder by Northwestern Mutual. Dane is also a Qualifying Member of the Million Dollar Round Table. He holds both the RICP and CLTC designations, in addition to series 63, 7, and 6 securities licenses.
Dane was raised in Amherst, Ohio, attending grade school at St. Joseph Parish and high school at Amherst Steele. He graduated from The Ohio State University in 2009, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing, and Minors in Psychology and Entrepreneurship. At OSU, he was heavily involved in Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity as the Philanthropic Event Coordinator and Chaplain. He has participated in his local Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce, and he continues to be active in a number of philanthropies around the area.
Dane and his wife, Michelle, were married in June of 2015 and live in Avon Lake. They proudly welcomed their first child, Luca, in November of 2021. In their free time, they enjoy staying active, spending time with family, traveling whenever possible, getting outdoors, relaxing at the lake, checking items off their bucket list, and supporting Ohio State and Cleveland sports teams.
Stefanie Radachi is the Chief of Staff and an Associate Financial Representative at CapWell Financial Advisors. She utilizes her broad knowledge of the industry and business experience to oversee the business operations and human resources for the firm. Stefanie’s mission is to inspire those she works with to be the best version of themselves they can be.
Stefanie was born and raised in Elyria, Ohio. She attended Lorain County Community College and utilized the Partnership Program to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University. She currently holds her Ohio Life Insurance License, as well as her Series 6 and Series 63 securities licenses. Stefanie is currently working towards additional designations to continue to expand her knowledge.
Her husband, Stephen, and her miniature schnauzer, Maddie, keep Stefanie busy outside of work. Away from the office, she enjoys going to concerts, playing tennis, spending time outdoors, kayaking, and attending sporting events for Cleveland teams.
Lisa Michener is an Associate Financial Representative and the Chief Communications and Marketing Officer with CapWell Financial Advisors. She has been a part of the team for 10 years and currently holds her Ohio Life Insurance License for Life and Accident and Health. She is responsible for calendar management, client interaction and appreciation, online account access, social media marketing, and overall marketing initiatives and client services. Lisa’s mission is to be a catalyst for growth in both the office and in the community she serves.
Lisa was born and raised in Lorain, OH and currently resides in Elyria, OH. She attended Lorain Catholic High School followed by Lorain County Community College where she received her Associate of Arts degree and her Medical Coding certification. Lisa enjoys dance, all things food, and traveling in her free time. She also has a passion for animals and is a strong animal advocate. She has five rescue animals of her own at home.
Anthony Aguilar is the Director of Insurance Services at CapWell Financial Advisors. Anthony supports our practice leaders in all areas of client service, information management, and compliance. This includes monitoring underwriting, tracking progress, preparing policies for delivery, assisting with client inquiries, and overall insurance initiatives.
Anthony grew up in Brunswick, OH and currently resides in Fairview Park. He attended Bowling Green State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialty in Accounting. He currently holds his Ohio Life & Health Insurance License and actively studying for his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) Designation. Away from the office, Anthony enjoys spending time with loved ones, bowling, exercising, and he is always up for a new adventure with his fiancée, Tina.
Chloe Dibbin is the Chief Operations Officer and an Associate Wealth Management Advisor at CapWell Financial Advisors. She holds the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation, Ohio Life and Health License, Series 6, 63, and 7 licenses. As the Chief Operations Officer, Chloe helps facilitate the day to day operations of our firm and provides concierge services to all clients as it relates to their investment accounts and financial planning.
Chloe has been a part of the CapWell firm for six years. She and her fiancé Chase call Downtown Cleveland home and in their spare time, they enjoy traveling, spending time with their friends, and visiting the rich brewery scene that Cleveland has to offer.
LoriAnn is the newest member to join the CapWell Financial Advisors Team. She is the Office Assistant at their Westlake office and she does a little bit of everything! She has a background in event planning and customer service, as well as a wide-range of previous experience in office administration. She has a positive attitude and offers support to all departments with day-to-day activities and general office needs.
LoriAnn is a native New Englander from Massachusetts, but she has resided in Ohio for twenty years and considers home to be Ohio in her heart. She is a CapWell Financial Advisors team member striving to embody their core values with a keen focus on “Serving Together” and “Joyful Living” specifically. When she is not working, you can find her relaxing with a good book or enjoying all of the amazing activities Cleveland has to offer; theater, sporting events, museums, and of course, fabulous dining.
